ARCHITECTURAL FICTIONS: a composite super model and a veduta.
Inspired by cyclical processes in the built environment and the relationship between creation and subtraction, this project investigates whether automation could emerge through strategic subtraction and reuse rather than new materials.
Drawing on precedents such as the Plantoid Project and biological protein research, the project explores how biologically derived AI might inform architectural production. Set 200 years in the future, it envisions a peaceful society where biologically based AI generates sustainable architecture, while everyday human values remain largely unchanged.
The project was developed through model-making, spatial studies, and drawings, with a large-scale physical model (0.5 × 0.5 × 0.5 m) and a detailed veduta illustrating the proposal within its urban context.
