Architecture project Aedícula is a house that emphasizes the spatial and modest living. Inspired by Charles Moore’s Aedícula, the four-column concept informs the house’s open and layered interior, creating a sense of complexity.
The house is situated in a forested ridge, partially on a rock outcrop that integrates with the design, and the rock also makes a natural outdoor living. South- and southwest-facing openings maximize light, while the north side is more closed. The structure is timber with ventilated ground, wood cladding, and painted galvanized steel roofing. Minimal landscaping preserves the natural terrain.
