Architecture Project – Local Fictions

This project explores how real and fictional narratives can be materialized within the transforming urban landscape of Slussen, Stockholm. Using laser scanning, hidden subterranean structures were documented and translated into a spatial intervention through point-cloud analysis.
The proposal is a new public interior for approximately 100 people, conceived as an open civic space for exhibitions, lectures, screenings, and performances. The design emerges from volumes expanding from existing openings, with Slussen’s former structural limits shaping the form.
As Slussen has since been redeveloped, the point cloud now serves as a digital record of a vanished urban condition, preserving the site’s former spatial and material traces.
