Costume Design Prosocial Campaign MTV/Respect.

Created for MTV’s Respect campaign, these images uses humour and visual contrast to address the idea of how we treat one another. By placing animals in recognisably human situations, the images reflect on notions of respect, confrontation, and empathy.
The images were created with great care taken to ensure that no animals were harmed or subjected to distress. Each garment was individually made to the correct size for each animal. The animals were photographed separately in a series of sessions, and the final images were subsequently assembled in post-production in Photoshop. The images are authentic photographic records of real, physical works. No part of this content is created, manipulated, or generated by artificial intelligence or algorithmic image synthesis.
